REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY- TEVYE HEALTH CARE

 

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

 

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY

FOR MEDICAL COURSES

 

For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us via email at admin@tevve.traininq within 24 hours of payment for Medical courses.Cancellation is not acceptable after 24 hours of registration.

 

FOR MEDICAL SUPPLIES and MANIKINS OR RELATED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS .

Cancellation is not possible once the PO is received by Tevye health Care in verbal order/ Phone/Email/ Physical presence.

 

FOR CONSULTING related to ISO OR NABH

Cancellation is not possible if terms and conditions or company instructions is not followed during the consulting time.

 

FOR IT SERVICES ( WEBSITE AND HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM & DEPLOYMENT).

Cancellation of payment is not possible once service is procured online or at office. REFUND POLICY

FOR CONSULTATION- Refunds are not applicable for Consultation as a service once consultingstarts at the Organization limited to conditions where the organization does not go by the consulting standards set by Tevye Health Care.

 

FOR E BOOKS OF AHA AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION BLS ACLS PALS / ASHI- No refunds will be given after successful delivery of e book codes.

 

FOR E CARDS OF AHA/ASHi/IRC course Programs- No refund will be issued if the candidate mentions the name wrong in the respective attendance sheet.

 

FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS-refund is based on case to case basis .Product will be replaced if manufacturing defect is seen in the product. No refund applicable.

 

Refund time will be 7-10 days based on company policy .

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
